| 課程內容 : | Tourism and hospitality industry has been playing a vital role in the Hong Kong's economy over decades. Given the significant role of the industry, the Government is planning a series of strategies to maximize the tourism receipts. The programme aims to provide students with a wide spectrum of business knowledge and skills in Tourism and Hospitality industry. All the major business functions including accounting, management, finance, marketing, human resources management and information technology are covered. Students will be equipped with comprehensive knowledge to deal with business problems at junior executive level. In addition, it can cultivate a spirit of lifelong learning and develop the student's ability to learn how to learn. |
