| 入學要求 : | 5 passes in HKCEE with Level 2 in English or its equivalent, or Graduates of Project Yi Jin; or Mature applicants aged 21 or above with a minimum of 3 years working experience in early childhood education will also be considered. |
| 課程內容 : | The Education Bureau (EDB) of the Hong Kong Government has implemented the pre-primary education voucher scheme providing subsidy to parents with children studying at non-profit making kindergartens since 2007. Following this policy, many non-profit making kindergartens has increased tuition fee and also the wages of kindergarten teacher. This has attracted increasing number of secondary school leavers to enroll on EDB recognized programmes in order to become qualified to enter the early childhood education field. The Diploma in Enlightened Early Childhood Education programme is recognized by the EDB as a Certificate in Early Childhood (CE(ECE)) course. Graduates of this programme will be eligible to apply for registration as qualified kindergarten teacher from the EDB and child care worker from the Social Welfare Department. |
